What does that mean?
To increase the sales volume, many on-line merchants, big and small, are
selling their products on eBay site. Instant-e-store provides a way to
provide the eBay winning bidders a "virtual shopping" experience at
the
eStore, such that the additional efforts to process the shipping and payment
for the eBay customers are drastically reduced.
How does it work?
First of all, the product information of each eStore can be
easily posted to the eBay Auction Site by clicking a single button and download
the eBay Turbo Lister ready format. This will drastically reduce the time to
write up another product information for eBay. That is to say, all eStore
product are eBay Ready !
Once we post to the eBay, the bidders will view your product information and attrcted to your eStore, since we automatically add your Site Advertisement at the bottom of your product description. Those people who were atrract by your eBay listing may be eventually purchase items from your eStore and become your customers. This is our way we use eBay Listing as the Marketing Campaign.
When the bidding over and the winner is decided, eBay will
send an e-Mail to the seller to provide the winning bidders'
information and the final bid price. Once the seller receives this mail,
he/she can enter these information into a "Virtual Order" and automatically send a congratulation letter
to the winning bidders. When the winning bidder read this email and click
on a "Hot Link" which points to the eStore, the winning bidder, after
log
in, will be presented with a shopping cart which currently contains the
items he/she bid at the bidding price. This is what we called the "Virtual
Shopping Experience".
The bidder can just click on the button to check out, by filling out the
shipping and payment information. Or better yet, the shopping will browse
this shop and purchase more valuable items, before he/she finally checks out.

1. How to List to eBay ?
At the Product Info page, click the button labeled eBay List, then download the Turbo Lister Compatible csv file. Import to eBay Turbo Lister.
2. How
to Write the Letters to eBay
?
At the Product Info page, click the button labeled eBay Letter, then fill in the payment information and/or customer information received from eBay. Click on Submit to send the letter to PayPal ro non-PayPal bidders.
